Pupils mark shared school history at Claremont graves

Pupils and teachers from St George’s Grammar School, along with St Ciprian's and Bishops Diocesan College, came together at St Saviour's Church cemetery in Claremont on Tuesday, September 1, to honour their founders, Bishop Robert Gray and Lady Sophy Gray.

According to St George’s Grammar School, they prayed, observed a moment of silence and paused to reflect on their vision, their legacy, and the lasting impact they continue to have on their school communities.

The three schools gathered together at the gravesides for the first time since their reconsecration in 1985, a powerful reminder of the shared history that connects them.
